A year ago this month, me and several talented individuals had a dream, a dream to make a 3D Community Forum and make it the biggest thing on the Internet for that topic... On the 4th of November, after allot of struggles, plans that fell through and allot of restructuring, we took over Renderosity, with the goal of it being the realization of our dreams... During the six months of operation, all of us have had to weather the storms of operation... we have lost friends along the way, still struggle every day, we have banded together to stop thieves and we all argue with each other, then make up.... In the six months that we have been here, this place has become a FAMILY and a rather LARGE FAMILY at that!! This morning Renderosity boasts 15,000 active members that visit this site!! Our stats show that in the last 30 days we have had over 9,118 members come back more than 2 times a month!! What does this mean? It means that all of us is doing something right. It means that All of us, the members included, have found a way to reach out to other people and welcome them into the family, a family that grows everyday!! None of this would have been possible without you, the members, working together and with us to make this a better place. A place where we can share ideas, help one another, or even have an arguement or two then make up again. Nor would it have been possible if not for all of the admins who have worked long hours and had to put up with me. Or from EdgeNet, who decided to give us this site. Thank you, EVERYONE, for helping be a part of this Community and Family. I want to thank you all for the kind words about the passing of my sister. I will miss her, but I am so glad that I have a family such as you to help me through the hard times. Thank you!!! Jack
