Description

Friday evening, January 6, 2017 Anyone guess what this is? It's a round Dutch Christmas cheese by KROON. It comes wrapped in a thin red celluloid wrapping, outside the thick, tough layer of wax on the cheese itself. When the cheese has been sliced and re-wrapped, the color of the wrapper gets onto the cheese, making interesting patterns. Some of the patterns here remind me of Christmas flowers and decorations. ENJOY! (Sorry I can't invite you for a slice. How do I get the slice through the Internet?) (No language or violence unless I cut myself on the cheese slicer! Not yet. No nudity unless an unwrapped cheese counts as such!)

We have cheese wrapped in thick wax called Gouda... not sure if it is the same. I like the patterns - very interesting.

It's an artistic pattern this cheese paper left behind, and I like these kind of photo's. Ha, I'm Dutch and I guess this is what we call "Edammer kaas". Bon apetit, and thank you for your, so to the point comment on my last upload, I feel honoured by it. :)

Looking at this pic just makes me feel hungry (drool). Yes, this counts as nudity, because it's big and round and roughly the color of human skin, so it does look like... like... Well, you know (blushes). :P
