Description

Just can't seem to clean up the sky in this image, sorry for the two other tries at uploading. This appeared in my gallery sometime ago. The image was a little dark and I only had learned to put a watermark on an image at that point with CS5. So applying a bit of recently learned CS5 I wanted to correct that. Another reason for "The Wave" re-post, we are about to enter the new formation found in the south unit of the wilderness. I wanted to have a more recent post for comparison with "The Wake". Those that have followed the very first images in my gallery of the north unit know that "The Wave" is the only official title geographically. Any other names I've given to the geology, won't be recognized by any official capacity. Hope to post the first image of "The Wake", later this day. To the kind souls that leave their mark whether a comment, rating, or save the image as a fav, you are very much appreciated, thank you!!! Thank you all that viewed my last image below. thumb_2335573.jpg

Am at a loss, the sky does not look like that when saved from CS5. Is that a result of saving as a JPEG?

This is amazing work! The blue of the sky and the shaded of red in the rock work so well together. Well done

I love this place and would like so much to go back there but in the summer it's too hot and at my age it could be risky !!!
