Description

A follow on from my last post. Zoom is always best ! Sorry for the loss in quality - the original images are much better. I think they don't take too kindly to being reduced so much to comply with RR. Perhaps others feel the same!

My sight is so poor at the moment that they look fine to me, everything is a blurry as everything else, although I am still ok to drive. I love the old world look to this.

Looks good to me Jeff, but I have to agree with your points about the destructive nature of file size and compression, this is "The" only photo sharing site that has them.

I find this shot very beautiful indeed, Jeff. ...Is that a GOAT I spot on the roof of the boat?

Great composition. Huge fan of the curved path. Nice work!! As far as compression... I am not a "pixel" peeper as I guess the image critics are called. Perhaps a smaller image size will reduce the compression? I do not know.... tough balancing act I guess.

Terrific composition. This could be in Holland or Germany by the look of it. A very striking sky that could mean a wet ending for everyone.

I do hope your surgery comes off without a hitch and that it will not affect your sense of humor. After all, some of your puns do show a lot of gall.

Did you bring polo mints on this photo shoot? I feel that a zoom has much better clarity than the original post even if it doesn't actually zoom the post!
