Description
The Soul Rope - A passive weapon, capable of capture and restrain, it could deliver a mental pulse when desired that not only temporarily paralyze and rendered the ensnared incapacitated but could open their inner thoughts to her mind so that they could not hide their true thoughts and intents from her.
