Thanks, folks,... I have updated it slightly, the skin tones were not right, shading a bit rough and the the hair was blocky before.

My devilishly honest analysis - It's too catoony. The detail and shading is not great, for it to be as hyper-realistic as I'd like. It's soft brushed and not a full on "F*ck yeah!" image. I'll think on it and watch some tut-borials :)
