Description

More work on previous ... JCM is not fun to do, but I have it nailed down now. The rigging work is very nearly complete, I just have the boots left to do and they won't be that hard. Demonstrated here are the JCMs I had to do for the arm pit, the elbow bend and the knee bend. This rig is not perfect in every pose, but hell, neither is V4's rig. If I'm lucky I'll have the whole outfit complete in around 10 days. Also shown is (probably) the final version of the bulge morph for the lower part of the breast at the bra cutout. As a reminder, when this is complete (if it's approved by Ascaron) it will be given away free. This outfit is modeled and rigged around this specific character morph for V4, which will also be included in the package, and no other morphs will be included (wayyyyyyy too much work for this model). The mask texture for the character's face will also be included and can be blended on top of any V4 texture you might want to use. I've made a big variety of materials selections so that various parts of the outfit can be hidden if not required, like the wings or the straps on the gloves etc. Modeled in Cinema 4D, about 73k polygons. If anything I wish I'd used a bit more polys at the knee and shoulder, but this is okay. Rendered in Poser 7, minimal postwork (blur and a small levels adjust to strengthen reds). Enjoy, feedback welcome!

looks terrific! the way the chain bends reminds me of why i have the goal of never creating conforming clothes (it's a goal, at least), but i don't think you can do anything about that. i like it a lot better than the original, but much more importantly, i think it's really well done. i can't imagine you making this lower poly.
