The costume and float prop are from the Samba Rio set by Ephi obtained here a long time ago and now gone. Background buildings from The Streets by 3-D-C in the Free Stuff.

Oh that is fun! I don't know if you remember years ago there was a Brazil-based photographer who would take great photos of all the different Carnival Queens, they had such gorgeous outfits of feathers and jewels! And of course you used Rio :D
