Haven't done any messin with Fractals in a while so Thought I do some somthin. Have been doin lots of real life stuff not a lot of Online things except Streaming on NetFlix and some Political Blogs, when I do mess around online it's at DA only occasionally do I drop in on Rendo to catch up with a few people. I check the Community Forum now and then and see it's still so unsettled here, so many still unhappy and leaving really makes me sad how things have turned out, just doesn't feel like the old Rendo, think the "Revolution" was more a Devolution than anything...Oil Well.....See ya around

Gotta say, MB3D does an awesome job on those metal textures, something I could use in my latest assignment !
Neat result Len as for Rendo, wish we had a way-back machine to 2005, none of this Art Chart crap, where artists (???) comment on every single post and not saying anything about the art, just trying to boost their ratings...so sad, so pathetic ! Having a panel of art experts to judge which artworks are the best, would be much fairer...yeah, even the sense of community has withered away.

I so agree with you and jif3d. As for me personally, life doesn't leave me enough time to be active in any forum (yet!), so I don't really notice the change myself, but I'm sad for the ones who have this time. As for comments - I don't find a big difference between Rendo and DA for example. If you look at DA, one might get the impression that each artwork is getting much more recognition at first sight than here, but it's only more because every "thank you" from the artist after each comment is counting as well. And most comments don't contain any constructive critics or help as well, that's something I've always been missing. Great to see you're still uploading your great artwork here Len. You've been the one that got me started with MB3D because for me you were the most inspiring artist, and I can't thank you enough for that, plus for your help and usefull tips. Keep it going man!

The lightning and the construction does look great here, Len. I fully agree about the fractal forum. Still I want to respond to a message I received in relation to ideas about fractal forum, but I find it difficult to explain my input in English. Also, since it are open questions.

Really miss the simple and easy old style Rendo offered when I first came on board.
There are some of us old folks that can not wrap our heads around the " not so kind and improved version".
