I share your grief and loss. I am a "fur person" lover myself and have had 3 very special babies over the years. Others think of them as just dogs but until people really seriously look at them and share a life with them they cannot know just how "human" they can be. I can't think of anyone who can give such total love unconditionally. I will keep you in my heart.

Oh dear, so sorry Bobby about Rudy. I've been there and you think the pain will never go away. It will and you will remember him always. you will miss him dearly, that never goes, just gets a little easier as time goes by. But think positively. You had him for 9 years and he gave you many wonderful memories, he has crossed the rainbow bridge and is in a land of sunshine, grass and bickies, with many friends to play with. :o) My heart goes out to you.

Awww Bobby I know just how you feel, as I love dogs and have lived with them for all of my life. They are members of the family and sorely missed when they leave to wait fot us at Rainbow bridge. oh this is such sad news and now my eyes are all teary ...i cannot imagine losing my dog gosh -my world would fall apart .... my heart goes out to you for your loss today ... thoughts prayers and warmest healing hug ....

I know exactly how it feels Bobby, more than a few times, that's why I won't get another dog. It hurts to much to say good bye. He looked like such a precious pet too. Hugsssssss

I know how you feel, I lost my cat almost a year ago and I was a total mess for weeks. He was my faithful side kick. I still find it very hard to look at a picture of him. My heart goes out to you :-)

OMG I really understand Bobby . I had lost two of my kitties last year and that is what it felt like . Charles shultz the peanuts creator said love is a warm puppy and I believe it . Bobby, I know just how you feel and offer you my sympathies. A month or so back we had to say goodbye to Queen Neffie, one of our cats. She got bitten on the neck by a spider of some type, took infection in it which spread all over her body. She was 12 years old. Your friend looks so cozy there in front of the fireplace. Maybe he is doing the same now if doggies have an afterlife. :)

Oh Bobby....now you have me crying.....So sorry about Rudy hon- (big Hugz) yes I know how it feels they are just like one of the kids...I know that pain to well...no matter what it is from a little gerbal to a horse....they become part of the family the day that they enter your life- and the day they leave is like losing one of the family!!!! My only wish is that you get over the pain of losing him and it is replaced with the wonderful memories of the time you had with him...He was so lucky to have someone as kind and as loving as you were to him.... big hugz afa Anne

dachshunds are very brave little animals. mine lost his life long friend, an irish setter a year ago. think about the good times you had.

I regret to the loss a lot Bobby, the mascots are as another member of the family and one suffers when they are bad, the dog is always grateful with his master, him but important it is that the one was spreading happiness for 9 years and this is it but important, to remember it with love and I affect.
