The sea is almost perfect. Try some bump maps on terrain. Sky looks strange. And that reflection on glass tower. Try to use automatic or raytraced reflection. The same on water.

I am assuming that he meant for this to be a stylized look, like the covers of the Chronicles of Narnia, nice work
