Description

The babies have no fear and so are easy to approach if you can find out where they are. I was lucky to see a parent feed this one and stole a pic whilst it was waiting for the next mouthful.

awash with light, what an eye-popping shot. Love it. And the luminous yellow-greens. And that bird all compact (as baby birds are) with that big jewel eye, waiting for its mother to feed it. Love this shot. (I'd do anything to see a baby-bird say, to its mother, "you got anything else besides worms???") The robin almost looks like a painting. Beautiful.
