What wonderful modeling! It really looks like something has fallen away revealing the tree underneath. The crack moving towards the lower right is a nice touch as are all the hairline cracks. Just excellent (how much time DID you spend on this?).

what i enjoy the most here is the naive look of that tree in contrast to the textures you used. very creative idea and realization, beautiful done!
