Subject: HDRi Contrast problem

I can not figure this out. This is 2.80 (beta). Using cycles. Put in a HDRi, and no matter what HDRi I use. The colors are off, even in the renders. I can not even put the file from 2.8 to 2.79 (which I knew will not be possible, but tried). Never encountered this before.

And of course the nod settings.

Hi Robo2010 Tried with quite a few different hdri/exr etc and could not reproduce what you are getting. The only issues I have had is with blurring and focus on lower res images. I'm using a build that's about 3 or 4 days old. I do sometimes when not in the camera view get a washed out hdri background in eevee but by rotating with the middle mouse it corrects itself. What happens if you load the image into a blank scene with just the default cube in it? Are you in camera view? Not that it would make a difference. And where did you get the image from?

In Eevee it is okay. No problems with HDRi.s Though, only in Cycles, mode (that image above is rendered). I have projects done in Cycles, and some nods do not work in Eevee yet, or it is just me. Eevee looks awesome, but I am not ready yet, and also waiting for a course, lot nice tutorials (some are now). Their is a lot of added fun toys in it. But not ready until final comes out in a few months. I dunno. But oh man, I can not fix the HDRi problem. I tried a lot of HDRis, and they go like that.

Ah fixed. Was clamping (direct and indirect). Had them at 0.10 (both). Sigh.
