Iroman13 took time out from her busy schedule to chat with us about her work and her experience as a Renderosity vendor.

Interview with Renderosity's All-Star Vendor for 2015:

Ironman13

Renderosity: You have such great realism in your character poses; How did you learn this? How do you decide a particular pose looks just right?

Ironman13: I think its really just a sense that develops over time with experience. I've made thousands of poses and I just improved with each pose, my first ones were not very good however i just kept trying to improve with each new pose. Eventually the poses became natural and more balanced however they take more time and I suppose that's the secret spending a considerable amount of time to get it just right.

Can you take us through the process of creating the poses in In Bloom for G3F? Just an idea of how you work?

Ironman13: I first have a clear goal of the kind of poses that will be in the pack. Then I try and make certain that I have a balanced amount of positions. Looking left or right, on the floor on kneeling standing etc. What I'm looking for are balanced amount like play poker you get these ideas for sets in you mind.

Your gallery work has such a wonderful sense of fun in them, almost whimsical. I particularly like Damara for PDesign. Can you tell us a bit about this image?

Ironman13: Yes, the image I made for lovely Petra, P3Design. I used her Damara character for V4 and tried to match the hairs and other elements to the theme of her character :)

How long have you been a renderosity vendor? What has your experience been like?

Ironman13: Wow lemme see i think its been from 2010. My experience has been filled with learning lots and lots of learning. I knew nothing when I started. It's also been one of friendship. I've made many new friends here.

Any advice for the beginner vendor on how best to prepare and sell at Renderosity?

Ironman13: Yes! Read the manuals and you will know more than 90 percent of all people. Also plan out a logical work flow.

Lastly, frustration is just temporary and a success is just around the corner, there are going to be program crashes and setbacks along the way you just have to laugh them off and move forward.
