Good stuff. I remember your older render. My only crit is that some of the birds are losing their shape and are starting to look like paper or something.
the city needs some textures - and the whole image could use some stronger colors - maybe a little more dramatic with a sunset in the back - good idea btw...

SUnset idea would be great...however I suggest the sunset colors be reflected from the front of the city. Birds are a small thing.
