Did you give the same name to the pic and the thumb ? You mustn't, that's what makes it look like that (sorry for my english, I'm french). Try to edit it, changing the names. If it continues, try agin, & agin, & if you're bored, ask for help on the forums. You can also ask one of the moderators, just look at the Team... & send them an IM. Good luck !
MidnightSon is correct ... you should (a) create the main image; (b) create the thumb with a different file name (c) upload. For this submission, you could edit to correct both images.
I dunno what happened, I ended up having to resize it a bit, but s'ok, you can see it for real now.
