Description
This is the result after one more day of work on my beetle. I definitely finished it today and won't touch it for a while.
This is no specific species, I started the beetle after watching a lot of insect pictures.

I have to agree, the textures and lighting are especially impressive. How did you create those little hair like strands on the legs of the beetle? Are they made in C4D? or were they painted on in postwork? Top stuff mate!

Thanks for your comments. The hairs are done with a nice little and free C4D plugin which is called hair department.
