some sort of organic robots. the steal parts is made in cinema 4d and the humanoids is made in poser, rendered in bryce 5.

This looks very original and scary. Doens't look too "Brycey". If you hadn't told what programs you used I would not have been able to guess (except for the girls on the edges who do look a bit posery).
