Description
Hi there, thanks for dropping in :-)
Tried something new (for me) today: Capture of flowing water. Hmmmm, somehow I like it (ok for first try) and somehow I'm not really satisfied with it.(I'm not really satisfied with location, my search will go on :-)
It was my intention to show waters movement more than it really is, so I used TV-mode and fiddled with different shutterspeed settings and underexposured one stop.
My experience for today is that shutterspeed around 1/6 or 1/8s gives best result (for my taste)
"Am Bach" means "at stream"
Don't hesitate to criticize, thanks for your interest !

Einfach Klasse! Sieht wie ein Pinselstrich aus... Fantastisch aufgenommen!
Ciao Chris ! A marvelous photograph ! Your effect on the water is really well done. Simply Perfect ! I love it !
Alles AMBACH?
Also mir geflt es sehr gut.

'First Try' .. OMG, only you Chris!! This is absolutely gorgeous .. I love it!! However, (listen to me, hahaha!!), I probably would have cropped so to show less grass.... but, that's just me. And you know me, Ms. Crooked Lake. :-P
Cool play with shutterspeed, nice one of an "old reliabble" :)

What a lovely feel to it! An idyllic place!
I love it. If I could sit by a stream all day I would. What would I do different? Zoom in a little and lose some grass maybe. But on the other hand the still grass contrasts with the moving water. Excellent Chris!!!
Love this fantastic scene..Excellent capture Chris! Stunning work V :)
Hallo Herle, tolle Aufnahme der Strittberger Stromschnellen.
Excellent 1st effort Chris. I've taken probably a dozen of these, but never been happy with them. You've done well here. I'm always tempted to expose for more than a second, perhaps that's where I go wrong. We will both keep trying, no doubt!!
Oh yes! Perfectly shot!!! Smooth running water! I love this!
