Try turning your radiosity to like 2x6 and putting your AA to 33x. Your radiosity is ugly. Good model though :)

I love it. Only sugesstion would be to increase your render sub-divisions up a little bit to smooth out the thumb curve. And maybe dirty up (oil up) the finger metal a little bit. All in all..great render.
