What type of filter was used to get this effect? Intriguing.
answering smiles95 question: no filters; picture taken with digital camera (no post manipulations) from the moving car (60 mph)window hence movement/flowing effect. There was big patch of dark skies with rain, early sundown behind, normal weather on the road.I just like what came out of that. Kate
