Floor texture looks better, however, work on uv mapping, bump textures/displacement mapping, and the couch. The glass on the table looks realistic in terms of depth and color. but the rest of the image takes away from the realism of the glass. work on the couch, change the color, add a texture with some bump mapping and maybe hit us with a different angle. i'd like to see how this developes.
Use noise for a bump map on the couch, play with the size and all. That will help.
