Description
I've been messing with this image for about a month and a half, now. I think I've found, finally, what I was looking for.
The Fell Beast, as mentioned before, was built, by me, out of metaballs. A lot of metaballs. The Nazgul is a basic Poser 4 figure that I built armor and weapons for in Bryce. The mountains in the back are Bryce generated.
All textures used in this image are modified photographic elements, most of which are available at mayang.com.
I've worked a good long while on this image, and would love to see some feedback.

This is fabulous. I've tried doing simple stuff with metaballs that worked pretty good, but I'm impressed with this because the metaballs give it substance and musculature...Excellent render.
