Can you give me some feedback? Should I call this finished or does it still lack something? I've been thinking about a name for the boat but the title of the image kind of rules out extra jokes, I think. Anyway, I've been working straight through the night and some C&C would be nice at this point.

You could make the boat the RED CROSS ship.
That isn't a bad idea. Thanks. That would make it a real voyage. I would draw it wih a red pencil.
Hmmm...since you asked for critiques, here ya go. I think the blood appears to be part of the vessel wall. There isn't any distinction between where the blood ends and the vessel starts. But, since it would be full of blood and certainly wouldn't have a folded paper boat floating thru it, it's probably ok ... lol. Seriously, I think you've done a crack up job here. I like it very much.
I love the idea! Fun and yet dramatic image! the far end of the vein seems a little too bright, But it does create a nice balance with the boat. White blood cells could be peeking at the boat from the darker veins or a white blood cell could be steering the boat. Whatever you do or don't do, you've got a great image!
stylish...i love your idea, concept and realization....great work man
Excellent illustration!! :)) Strata
Nice. Call it "Bloody Mary".
For realism, I would add a bit of reflection to the blood and maybe a little transparency. Could be a tad darker, too. These would distinguish the blood from the vessel. Agree with Perry6- darken the far end of the vessel. Great job!
Hey i wouldnt change a thing i woluld say this is complete and truly excellent. Were do these crazy ideas come from?
