the gals eyes look so much more real now, looks like your on your way, hope i can do as good when my poser arrives lol
Much improved from the first render. I think her nose needs a lot more shape put into it (specially around the nostrils).

Nice model and the texturing is really close. I might turn down the Spec a bit but that's just my personal preference and doesn't distract from the render.
