Description


The construction of the new Cira Centre in University City is touted to be a "renaissance" in the area. I've taken a few pictures of the building, as have many others. Quasi - I agree with you. I tried to get as far back as possible, and then cropped ALOT of garbage below it. It helped a little bit.
