put a more bump texture for the lips and retouch the texture for the ear, good work!
I think the texture of the skin on the face looks great. But the lips and ears do need more work. :D

the upper part of the lips needs to be softer, it appears chisled from her face, the texture is very nice but you might want to use light to accent what appears to be excellent skin texturing...
