Description
one of the first two pictures I'm posting, showing obvious MW 3 features - another one is at 3dc.
The v3 features in evidence are: Boulders, Mojotree Forest, and Photo Billboard (the low fog). Mesh instancing lets me build big cities with low polygon count

Looks like SimCity image:-) Boulders I see one :) Mojotree Forest bottom right..biggest asset for me in MW3:-) I can see me pullin Vue Pro 4 out to get some vegatation meshes going for Alien planets:-) Photo Billboard (the low fog) is that the white patch farside of the river? Photo Billboard seems to suggest...importing photo image materials onto the rendered scene? Am I right? Mesh instancing ..I assume that there are pre built moeshes that u can select?? What happened to the moon top right?
woz: nothing "happened" to the moon top right, I made it like that :) - on all other points: "yes"
If that's supposed to be a moon up there I'll eat my hat..................OK so I don't own one , but metaphorically at least....;-)
One can only appreciate all the work in this picture. Hats off to you.
Great work! Can't wait.
excllent work man. Good to see people working on making a nice picture---"the time this must have taken wow"-----bye for now
Lots of talk about hats LOL. Lovely work, lots going on. Thanks for sharing =)
lol... @gerry g ...Do you want chips with that hat and a fine Pandropolitan Cabernet Sauvignon to wash it down with? Someone can also tell the chef Vandaler has an hat if you want seconds ............. Great work Gunther. This is a wonderful scene you've generated ;)
gosh, gerry_g, you are dead right: of course it isn't a moon, how could it possibly be one? It's only a picture I made ;)
