It's been a while since my last upload but there's nothing I can do: Bryce works take time :)
So to fill this emptiness I wiped the dust from my old pencil drawings and found a very old but very important thing to me: a Beast. A demon of mine. Some hidden part of my past.

Back in last century (sounds pretty nice isn't it?) I was hooked on two SF monsters - Predator and Gigers' Alien (hence the crap Hollywood makes them play now). To my mind these two were the best fantasy characters ever created (except for Lovecrafts' Cthulhu maybe). So one day I decided to create some creature for myself. It started as some training on modeling but latter it evolved into something greater. It's easy to see now there was nothing new or unexpected in this monster. As I mentioned earlier I was very much under influence of my two beloved character. But it was just what I needed. It just became a part of my lifestyle. In back pages of notebooks, on my drawing table in art school, in letters to my friends, on the walls of my room. It was everywhere. Through years I've changed nothing in it. It just live it's life like I lived mine.

Now when I'm more in other things I don't draw it anymore. So I think I can share some life of this monster with You (maybe that will bring him to life again).
This is the first image of a little set under name "Beast". I'll upload them all in collages like this to show the whole evolution and life of this monster. From sketches to letter compositions and Photoshop renders. And maybe someday I'll end up with a 3D character... Maybe.

Images fit separate genres like character formulas, creatures, modeling but I want to keep them as a part of my fantasy so look for others in "Fantasy" section.

I'd love to see this turned into a poser figure! With the right textures, you could have a pre-evolutionary species or modern stellar species! Really cool character.
