Two things: 1) if there's a warning then someone had to do it and 2) someone was comissioned to carry that sign up there and mount it.

Actually. I've never been there, but I know one person who would think the sign did not pertain to her. Trucked all over 'the hills' on the continent in high-heeled sandals. Still trying to decide: tough or nuts or tough nut? ;-)
