Kool shot Perry!!
I'm puzzled. the only Navy craft I have ever been on is a Defoe frigate recently built at the shipyard and on it's maiden cruise. My father saw it tied up in his hometown when we returened one day and going to the post office turned into a rat race through watertight doors and up and down ladders and companionways. I never gave up on my sons and we got to do the thing with the British "Porpoise" in Palm Beach. The sound room and one Deltic diesel gave her a purpose found off Andros Island. My other comment is what one of the Fuukawee indians said to the other as they topped the mesa and looked out. "Where foukowee!!"
what a beautiful place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
