Very creative setup, especially the "potatoes" look very cool. You might work a little bit more on the lightning, since the image looks a little dull to me. However I don't know that's the way you wanted it to look like. :) How about some lightrays braking through the clouds to create stronger shadows? Anyway it's just a suggestion. ;)

The flying scarf, the "hanging on grimly" pose, the floating islands, the city in the background, the sense of scale... All are excellent. The wild flying potatoes are something else, and I think you should avoid eating cheese just before bedtime in future. :D
