Poser+Photoshop
This is actually an edited part of a single layer of a large battle scene I had rendered in poser and was doing post-work on. As it got into the wee hours of the morning and I started making mistakes, editing wrong layers.. I decided to relax a bit and play with some filters and one of the images immediately reminded me of a line from a movie. and this was the result.

Ah, The 13th Warrior did have some inspired moments and the final battle scenes were pretty good. Nice job, can't wait to see the final product.
