Description

Poser/Photoshop This is my first attempt at using poser in the process of creating a digital painting. What you see here has been already heavily modified on photoshop. I started with the render from poser (figures were nude). First step was to paint the skin and make the figures more realistic. After that, I started adding the props... there is a lot left to do. More armor, weapon and shield. I have a foreground figure in the works also. No idea for teh background yet...

You painted all these props by hand? This is excellent so far; I'm really looking forward to the finished scene.

Hi, it is the first time I post a comment but it is such a great work of art that I could not just pass away! The props you painted in Photoshop are awesome, in particular the lights are very realistic. The only disappointments are her hair that seems a little fake in comparison to the whole picture and the expression of the male character (he seems in trance, but it must be that the foreground Character is not in place yet). Again it is a great piece and Im looking forward to the finished work especially what you have in store for the background. I give you only a 8 because it is still a WIP...

You level of realism is awesome! very nice. for a background I think I would use a spaceous backdrop (outside perhaps) but of course it's up to you. Please do post the final version

Thanks for all the positive feedback! I hope to have the armor on the male character's legs done by tonight. As for how long it took me to get to this point.. mhhh.. I can say one thing for sure: TOO LONG! I am very slow and haven't got much time to work on this stuff anymore, besides during the weekends :( Anyway, as soon as I am done, I will prepare a tutorial for it (will be posted on my website), so to explain how I made it, step by step.

A nine now because it's not finished, but I'll give you the 10 for the finished work. I can't even tell you how long I've been staring at the image. I want to see the finished product.
