Description

Just playing around again with old displacement maps. What I like about Bryce is that in an hour or so you can create images that no other 3D program can touch without spending days or weeks. The skeleton figures were Poser models exported to Lightwave and stretched a bit. The flags are simple terrains with a PS texture map. Enjoy - it was another one hour excersize. (not including rendering)

very dream like. The camera angle and lens setting add to the creepy dream like state. The skeles, lighting and broken building bits look great. There isn't anything here I would change.

Great job the textures are awesome the scene blows me away, the lighting may be a little off tho looking at it again,it looks as if the main light is coming from behind the skeletons and gates but there is shadows of the skeletons on this side of the gates, try useing spotlights instead of Radial,Radial are great for all around light... but spotlights live up to their name

This is incredible! Your absolutely right, what you do in Bryce would take weeks of work in any other 3D app... The light, composition, character and overall mood of this image is excellent! Great job!
