Cool textures on the shield and sword, the helmet doesnt look so realistic, but the model is still good. Is there going to be a gladiator?

Agree with above. Actually the helmet looks new and unused when compared to the rest.

Yeah the helmet was to get a well worn material as if it had been in battle at a later date and yes there is a gladiator but unable to use it because there was three of us on the demo project(Me,Foxy & Rich C)The Helmet being Foxy's work the Gladiator being Rich C's work and all the rest being mine so for the none Glad appearance, but maybe soon.

If you have a model to wear the armour it might be worth selecting the polys for example on the chest area and dragging a copy> then make it a seperate element> rescale it up a little so its larger than the actual model and then modify that into your chest/breast plate and so on. Another go way is to use patch modelling> get a picture of FRONT/SIDE views of a Gladiator with armour and use that as a template to build. If you need a picture with these views email me and I will send you one to work from...also if you require a little more help as I just said mail me at: john3dean@maxcgi.freeserve.co.uk Hope this helps

Just come across this John. Nice work. The helmet needs a little more work. Have you done anymore work on this since these comments? VH

No i have done no more and the helmet stayed as it was as a request from a company wishing to use it but I did intend on going into a little more detail and dirting it up and maybe being able to have better quality resources of the helmet to be more accurate in the modelling. Thanks gfor the comment
