Well, I need suggestions on that. Maybe a few hints on how to let it look more realistic.
oh and if someone knows a good tutorial on how creating complex hair with Maya or Rhino that would be great:)

The most realistic hair that I've seen around here is either the free Kozaburo stuff or Poser 5 dynamic hair. The latter works best on longer hair styles, though.
The most important key to realism is the lighting, though. And your lighting in this image is great!

s hair is really the most realistic free hair around, unfortunately even he doesnt has the hair what I want. Therefore I want to model it on my own. Thanks for the compliment on the lightning turns red:)
