Wow! Very cool pic! What a surreal blend of the real, and the real model! Nice work!
just wonderful. lovel the subject, love the detail . . .can you say something about how you modelled this?
EXCELLENT!
Oh My Gosh! Fabulous! A perfect combination of subject, depth-of-field, and lighting. Superb. Really looks believable.
well... my thumbs up !
Excellent Job... The wood texture looks a lot better... Picture Perfect...
excellent!
Now it is perfect.
XLT work !
Au moins, pas de thes de peinture sur les vements comme ! Superbe...
Overall this is great, but i would still look at the wooden base. The wood colour is better, but the texture is low res (?) Take a photo of a wooden cabinet or search the WWW for wood pictures. There's only 5 visible areas to map, if you can't see it don't do it. I would spend a little time doing this as it will make all the difference.
Amazing how a little thing makes such a big difference. Glad to see what you've done with this! Great work!! Impressive!
Ok.. much better. But, now with this new texture, being so dark and all, the edges are too perfect.. give them a very slight bevel/radius and angle the wood texture ever-so-slightly so that it doesn't line up so perfectly with the edges of the wood. This is extraordinary work... absolutely stunning!
Really good image. Perhaps a little paint drips on the paint tins?
Really excellent work!
Damn, I used to build model diaramas like this when I was a kid!!! I tried to make it as realistic as this rendering too. Very Nice. Just a couple of things: Try showing some battle damage to the street and the architecture, scortching and brick rubble, maybe part of the wall or building hit by a shell. And your bump map for the brick work on the building and wall needs to be more uneven and rough. The edges are a little too perfect. Remember: even if something looks to have a 90 degree angle and sharp edge, it is neither. There are no 90 degree angles in nature and even the sharpest edge is really rough when seen up close. But the overall render is very good, keep up the good work.
Fantastic work! Love the idea!
Looking very good indeed! A couple of suggestions to bring this from excellent to truly excellent: the wooden base needs some more attention. Get a better wood texture, map it correctly and bevel the edges. Are you using radiosity? I get the feeling of artifacts on the table but adding a slightly more pronounced bump (SLA 2D Noise set to 1-5% scale) might get rid of them. I also miss something in the upper left corner to balance the whole scene. Try putting something there like a pile of books or a jar of brushes. The Humbrol cans could use some paint smudges as well as the lids (shouldn't the lids have numbers on them? they used to when I was painting my models ages ago). Fix these details along with the other suggestions you've gotten so far and you will have a truly excellent image :)
Beautiful done, very sweet..
This is truly astounding just as it is! Excellent work! Thanks for sharing!
Stunning work! Very well done!
