wow, like the glare on the hair, but it does look like she has lasers shooting out of her nose like geep pointed out (mayb not lasers, but a shadow under the nose would help :) )
Excellent, truely awesome. it is true, the only thing that gives it away that it is a poser is the typical light coming out of the nose. other than that she is perfect.
The nostril glare and the chunky lines at her shoulders are the only signs that this is a render and not a photograph. Incredibly realistic image, especially well done since you didn't do post!
Reluctantly, i did some postwork on the render... I'm trying to update the image, but the old image still appears. Maybe next post...
