Very nice render. Improvements? JMO-- the spec on the eyes is a little high for what seems to be a very "dull light" environment. Eyes seem generally sharper and contrastier than the rest of the image. Eyesockets have a general purple tone, but not much detail-- looks like you smudged to get shadow effect, but you lost the pore/grain structure when you did that. If you have Photoshop, the "healing brush" is a great way to paint skin texture in, respecting lighting levels.
