Hmmm... you haven't had a lot of useful comments yet ;] Anyway, I really like your shading, especially around the nose. It's very soft en sensual and thus, life-like. I also like the eye-lashes (I know how hard they can be to make em look realistically). The lips are beautiful too because of the little cracks in them. The hair needs just a little bit of shading to make it look less sketchy, but overall you've managed to use just the right amount of shading to make it like like various strands of hair. The plasticity is just very good. (I can't help but to notice that "sinned" by using the "evil" smudge technique on the hood, lol)
