Description
The billboards were 3D Studio files with signs that I created in Photoshop.
The stars were added in post, with Picture Publisher 8.0.

I must say this is the type of render, you don't see often. I enjoy the concept well enough. But something seems just off from a great piece of work for me. It could be as simple as the foreground sign should be crisper, I am not quite sure. For the originality alone though, I will rank great and leave you with that.
