I like this very much. The angle of view gives the feeling of flight, and the superstructures are very well modeled and rendered.
So many things contribute to the impact of this image: pov, composition, the simple and graceful arc contrasted with the complex technology, the isolation and peace about to be broken by the thunderous launch. Be proud of this one.

It's real nice! you could try with some bounce light. or perhaps make the shadows a bit transparent. Just so there's still info in the blacks... I think I'm talking about fill light. It's a great angle here:) cheers, pingo.
Thanks for the advice. I actually do have a dark blue light shining on the back side of the rocket to illuminate it, but I didn't notice that the shadows on the concrete still appeared solid black. I'll just change the angle of the light so it points downward more.
