I spent 5 years working for a leading Park Ave, advertising firm. From there I moved on and I am currently a Telecommunications and Networking professional working on projects around the world. I get to do 3D for my job but not nearly as much as I'd like. Lightwave, Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver are but a few apps in which I am proficient.

Very funny tip'o'the hat to a great classic film!

I could have gone with a guy waving the cow boy hat (Slim Pikins) as in the actual movie. But the I remembered the in the forties and fifties Airmen alwways painted buxom women on the noses of their planes and on actual weapons so I thought I would use that as a theme for this semi tribute. This was a image I had real fun with. It is not high art nor is it meant to be. I just wanted to make people smile, and may be get some of us old geezers nostalgic. THis movie was some great relief for us who lived under the real cold war.

This would make a great animation. Do we have to be old geezers? I prefer to think of myself as a survivor ;-)

For those who do not recall the movie, you may want to keep an eye out for it. The title is DR. NO Or how I learned to love the Bomb. It was released in the early 60's During the height of the now dead cold war. The late Slim Pickins was a airforce pilot of a B59 SAC bomber. He is told to release his weapons and one gets stuck. I leave the rest up to your imagination.

Err, Actually it was DR STRANGEGLOVE, or how I learned to love the bomb. Dr, No was a James Bond film. Great image though.

OK OK So I allways get the two confused. I thought Strangelove was the bond film. Oh well I stand corrected. Been a while since I've seen it.
