Nice photo-realism here. As a test, this is awesome! For the finished image you might want to add some more background and something holding it up - of course, you could have it tilted a bit with some of it about to drip out - as if it's being thrown. Great work!

Good job Mark. It looks like a real test tube. (Trust me, my mom draws blood from old people and empty test tubes are in the house.) I agree with Mariko on the idea of it tilted with some leaking, ect. Great!
