redone with cel shading...duno what that crazy cel-shader post effect was thinking with the windscreen - any suggestions what it looks like!?

Looks like a good start, but my quess is that the model is a little messy or not properly smoothed, because of the blocky and triangular artifacts
now I no why I like this car it reminds my of this cartoon called catilaces and dinosaurs O what he siad about the polys is probaly right
have u tried to change the material light to fresnel etc? u dont need a posteffect then
