Nice work D! Just one thing though, I think U need to increase the shadow samples quite a bit to get rid of those blocky shadows under the front of the leaf. Nice work!

I love the postmodern hyper-realistic leaf surrounded by 80s graphics cubes. Like "Still haven't worked out how to render a cube, but, um, here's a leaf instead" :)
It's way too flat. If you drew this texture yourself I'm very impressed but if it's just a photo mapped to a plane then I guess I should comment on the the cubes rather than the plane.
first off it is my texture, and 2nd it is a scan.. now let me clairify even more, I found the leaf (which is about a foot x foot - minus the chunks missing out of it) which I scaned in 5 parts at 1200dpi, took those 5 parts cut and blended into 2 sides (thats 5 for the top and 5 for the bottom), re-touched in photo shop to fill in all the missing parts of the leaf, changed to gray scale and colored... so if you want to consider that a photo then I guess its a photo
