Choosing just the right insult from the assortment of playground items is difficult. They roar through the mind with their baggage. This one with it's accompanying black bag prompt can be overcome. It takes insight and concentration to roll over these medical "Gods" but it can be done. You don't even need a box of surgical gloves to do it.
If we do like one of the generals in the phillipines did and roll our bullets in pigs blood, shoot a few of them and roll their bodies in pig skin, and do it publicly. That will end the Jihad. If they die with any pork in them they can't go to Heaven, therefore no reward for their "martyrdom". Great pic though!
