Description

Always loved Jules Verne's book '20,000 Leagues Under the Sea' and when I found this model of the Nautilus I just couldn't resist doing this image. Don't let the image title fool you though, we're not actually at a depth of 20,000 here...From Mitch's 3D Seite: the fish, anchor, stones, urchins and giant oyster. From 3D Cafe: the Nautilus model, plants and hammerhead shark. The material used on the Nautilus is from Steve LaRue's Hilltop Design and the material used on the hammerhead is from Chemical Studios. The sunken ship came with Carrara, and the broken pottery is by Tri-Max.

A league is three miles. 20,000 leagues is the distance the Nautilus traveled on the story's journey. Biggest set backs are strange texture on the boat I'd prefer not to see, and background ocean too uniform in color and density.
